2021 gave us a beautiful growing season but a challenging harvest. We were deluged with rain throughout the fall which forced quick decisions to get the picking date right.
 
Each batch was fermented and aged separately in French oak barrels for 9 months before an assemblage was chosen, bringing together the perfect combination of flavours and textures. Beautiful fruit flavours of Meyer lemon, pear and nectarine with a tiny hint of gooseberry.
