2020 is hailed by the industry as the vintage of the century in Ontario. This Bordeaux red exemplifies this vintage with rich, ripe fruit flavours and strong structure.
 
Each batch was fermented and aged separately before blending trials were done to create the perfect assemblage for this wine. Lots of deep, dark fruits like black raspberry, cherry and blackberry with some eucalyptus, leather and sweet tobacco.
